Assorted veggies Noodles


Ingredients

2 servings
  1. Small bunch fresh broccoli cut
  2. Small bunch fresh cauliflower cuts
  3. Small fresh cucumber sliced for garnishing
  4. Parsley shredded
  5. 1/2 tsp oregano
  6. 1 small bulb onions sliced
  7. 1/2 tsp seasonings
  8. 1 boiled egg
  9. 1 big fresh tomatoes chopped
  10. Ginger and garlic crushed
  11. 1/2 tsp curry
  12. Spring onions 2 stalks shredded
  13. Red capsicum diced
  14. Yellow capsicum diced
  15. Green capsicum diced
  16. 1 fresh carrot diced for garnishing
  17. 2 chicken laps grilled
  18. 1 table spoon Sesame oil
  19. 1 small fresh corn
  20. 3 pieces fresh pepper
  21. 1/2 cup clean water
  22. 120 g Noodles
  23. Fresh fish cooked and meshed

Steps

  1. Prepare all the recipes and put in a tray
  2. Put water in a pan and put the 100g Noodles and parboil for a minute
  3. Remove the noodles from heat and drain out the water in a sieve
  4. Put 1 table spoon of sesame oil in the pan and add the onions, garlic and ginger and stir fry until a little brown
  5. Add all the assorted vegetables, and stir fry up to 3 minuets
  6. Add the noodles,meshed fish and the seasonings,stir and cover for a minute.
  7. Serve with grilled chicken and boiled egg then use the cucumber and carrots to garnish.
