Small bunch fresh broccoli cut

Small bunch fresh cauliflower cuts

Small fresh cucumber sliced for garnishing

Parsley shredded

1/2 tsp oregano

1 small bulb onions sliced

1/2 tsp seasonings

1 boiled egg

1 big fresh tomatoes chopped

Ginger and garlic crushed

1/2 tsp curry

Spring onions 2 stalks shredded

Red capsicum diced

Yellow capsicum diced

Green capsicum diced

1 fresh carrot diced for garnishing

2 chicken laps grilled

1 table spoon Sesame oil

1 small fresh corn

3 pieces fresh pepper

1/2 cup clean water

120 g Noodles

Fresh fish cooked and meshed
Steps
-
Prepare all the recipes and put in a tray
-
Put water in a pan and put the 100g Noodles and parboil for a minute
-
Remove the noodles from heat and drain out the water in a sieve
-
Put 1 table spoon of sesame oil in the pan and add the onions, garlic and ginger and stir fry until a little brown
-
Add all the assorted vegetables, and stir fry up to 3 minuets
-
Add the noodles,meshed fish and the seasonings,stir and cover for a minute.

Serve with grilled chicken and boiled egg then use the cucumber and carrots to garnish.
