My noodles jollop

Ingredients

  1. 120 g noodles
  2. 1 onion
  3. 1 scotch bonnet
  4. Green beans
  5. 3 carrots
  6. Fresh meat
  7. 1 egg
  8. Oil

Steps

  1. Cut,wash your meat and boiled it with onion
  2. Boil your egg and set aside
  3. Grind the scotch bonnet, set a pot on fire with oil when hot add the blended scotch bonnet and fry a little and then add small amount of water to it and then add the green beans,meat and allow it to boil.
  4. When boiled, add the 120g noodles and stir gently, then add the seasoning powder and spices and carrots and allow to cook for some mins
  5. Lastly, add the slice onion and leave it until done, then serve with the boiled egg.
