Veggie Noodles

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 pack noodles medium
  2. 2 noodles spice
  3. 1 cup diced brocolli
  4. 1/2 onions dice
  5. 2 fresh pepper dice
  6. 1 tbsp canola oil
  7. 1 carrot
  8. 1 fresh tomatoes

Steps

  1. Parboil water in a pot enough to cook the noodles till its half cooked and once its hot, add spice and noodles allow it cook till almost tender and water all dried up then set aside
  2. Heat up frying pan on heat, add canola oil and once its hot, add onions and stir for a minute
  3. Add fresh tomatoes and then pepper stir, add the broccoli and carrot and the remaining noodles spice
  4. Finally pour in cooked noodle and mix everything together and remove from heat and serve
