Ingredients

1/3 kilo cow liver

1 medium onions (sliced)

4 large tomatoes (sliced)

8 fresh bonnet peppers (diced)

1 table spoon Curry powder

Seasoning

Salt

Olive oil
Steps

Dice the liver and parboil with little salt then drain out sauce and set liver aside

Pour the olive oil in a pan and heat up
-
Can be taken with rice,noodles or pasta. Enjoy!!!
