Liver sauce with noodles

Ingredients

  1. 1/3 kilo cow liver
  2. 1 medium onions (sliced)
  3. 4 large tomatoes (sliced)
  4. 8 fresh bonnet peppers (diced)
  5. 1 table spoon Curry powder
  6. Seasoning
  7. Salt
  8. Olive oil

Steps

  1. Dice the liver and parboil with little salt then drain out sauce and set liver aside
  2. Pour the olive oil in a pan and heat up
  3. Then add the sliced vegetables and stir fry for 1 minutes
  4. Pour in the diced par boiled liver and add seasoning. Then taste for salt and add more if needed
  5. Stir well and allow to cook for 1-2 minutes and turn off heat
  6. Can be taken with rice,noodles or pasta. Enjoy!!!
