Indomie and vegetables salad

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 super pack indomie
  2. Onion
  3. Scotch bonnet
  4. Water
  5. Indomie seasoning

Steps

  1. Bring water to boil and perboil indomie for 2-3minutes then bring down, rinse and put in a colander
  2. Return indomie to pot then place on fire and add warm water, add seasoning, onion sliced, and sliced scotch bonnet...allow to boil and cook for another 3-5 minutes or can cook more than that if you want it to be over cooked.
  3. Served it with vegetables salad (lettuce, cucumber, carrots, cabbage).
