Ingredients

1 large pack indomie noodles

1-2 tbsps cooking oil

1 tomato, cored and chopped

1 scotch bonnet chilli, sliced

1 small onion, chopped

2 carrots, diced

1 handful green beans, sliced

1/2 green bell pepper, sliced

Steps

Soak the noodles in hot water for about 5mins. Drain and set aside.

Heat the oil in a pan; add chopped ginger and garlic. Add the onions and saute till translucent.

Add the tomato and chilli, then add the carrots, bell pepper and green beans; add half pack of the indomie seasoning and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add the noodles and stir everything together for about 1-2 minutes; turn off heat and serve.
