    120 g noodles
 - 
    1 big egg
 - 
    1/2 cup minced meat
 - 
    2 pieces scotch bonnet
 - 
    1 green bell pepper
 - 
    1 carrot
 - 
    1/2 tspn mixed spices
 - 
    1/2 tspn seasoning
 - 
    1 ball onion
 - 
    11/1 spoon olive oil
 - 
    Scent leave
 - 
    Scallion
 - 
    1/2 cup water
 - 
    Curry leave for garnishing
 - 
    1/2 tspn fresh grinded garlic,ginger and tumeric

    Here are my ingredients.
 - 
    Parboil your noodles for about 5mins,drain away the excess water and set aside.
 - 
    Chopped all your veggies and set aside.
 - 
    In a sauce pan add 1spoon olive oil,onion and fry it, add in 1/2tspn of your grinded garlic, ginger,tumeric and stir fry.
 - 
    Put in your minced meat fry it and add lil water,cover it and let it cook for 5mins.
 - 
    At this stage put all your chopped veggies,spices,seasoning and stir fry it for 2 mins.
 - 
    Add the noodles and stir fry it for another 2mins, sprinkle some scent leave and garnish with curry leave.enjoy

    For the egg in a sauce pan add little oil,crack in your egg direct as shown below
 - 
    Sprinkle some onion powder,maggi,green bell pepper,scallion,black pepper,onion scotch bonnet and fry it under low heat.your sunny side up egg is ready.
