Indomine with fried plantain,snails and vegetables

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 4 snails
  2. 2 packets indomine
  3. 1 onion
  4. 3 fresh pepper
  5. 1/2 teaspoon curry
  6. 3 pieces carrots
  7. Handful green peas
  8. 1 green pepper
  9. 1 ripe plantain
  10. Vegetable oil for frying

Steps

  1. Break the shells of the snails,wash tlwith alum till is no longer slimmer.
  2. Boil with salt,onion and maggi cubes for 30minutes.
  3. Boil the indomine with the ingredients that is inside the pack.slice onion fresh pepper and add.
  4. Add curry and boil for 10minutes.
  5. Wash and cut carrots,green pepper and pour inside the indomine when is almost done.
  6. Add the green peas as well boil for extra 2minutes and is done.
  7. Slice the plantain and fry in a hot vegetable oil for 3 minutes.
