Pan fried Noodle, Eggs and Plantain

Ingredients

1 servings
  1. 1 (70 g) pack noodles
  2. 1 ripe plantain
  3. 2 Eggs
  4. 1 small sized onions
  5. 1 table spoon crayfish
  6. 2 small sized fresh pepper
  7. 1 small sized yellow bell pepper
  8. Vegetable oil
  9. 1 table spoon olive oil
  10. to taste Salt

Steps

  1. Slice Slice the fresh pepper, bell pepper and onions thinly and set aside
  2. Put water in a small pot and allow to boil then pour indomine into the pot to cook for about two minutes.
  3. Put the indomine seasoning, crayfish, pepper, onions into the indomine and stir properly. Allow to simmer for one minute then set aside
  4. Slice plantain thinly and fry in heated vegetable oil until golden brown. Set aside in a sieve.
  5. Whisk the two eggs and add salt and fry in one table spoon of olive oil
  6. Serve with any drink of your choice.
