2 packs noodles

cauliflower

seasoning and sea salt

vegetable oil

Dice the vegetables to desired size and put in a bowl

Rub the seasoning and sea salt into the beef and toast in the oven then add little vegetable oil into a frying pan and place it on the stove
-
Pour the diced vegetables inside and add stir fry for 2 minutes then add the toasted beef with the juice

Taste if the seasoning if enough then add the chilli powder and continue to stir fry for 4 minutes

Boil your noodles until it is tender to your taste and serve with vegetable beef toast
