Vegetable Indomie

Ingredients

2 adults
  1. 3 packs (70 g) Indomie noodles
  2. 3 Eggs
  3. Tomato, Pepper, Cabbage, Carrot, Cucumber, Onions
  4. Garlic and Ginger
  5. Olive Oil

Steps

  1. Boil eggs and set aside. Chop Vegetables, set aside.
  2. Boil a little water with 3 tablespoons Olive oil and Indomie spice.
  3. Add Indomie and allow to cook for 3 mins.
  4. Add in all vegetables except Cabbage and Ring Cucumber.
  5. Allow to simmer for 2mins, add Cabbage and put off heat.
  6. Dish out Indomie and Garnish with Sliced eggs and Ringed Cucumber.
