Xubeedat fried noodles

Ingredients

2 people
  1. Noodles:140g, plantain, 2 carrots, peas, 1 small cucumber, and ketchup

Steps

10 minutes
  1. Slice all vegetables and set aside
  2. Parboil ur noodles and set aside
  3. Slice ur plantain nd deep fry
  4. Add a little oil and add ur vegetables
  5. Stir and add ur noodles
  6. Season and serve hot
