1 Red Onion(Sliced)

1 Red bell pepper (Diced)

2 Tsp Vegetable oil

3 Big sticks Carrot(Grated)

1 Small Cabbage(Grated)

1 Tbs Mayonnaise

2 Eggs(cooked)

1 Cup Water
Steps

Put a pot of water on fire and bring to a boil,

Pour in your noodles and cook for about 3-4mins and strain off remaining water,

In a fresh pot on fire, add little vegetable oil and allow to heat up and fry the onion and pepper for 1min.

Add the noodles to the pot of onion and pepper and add d noodles spice and cook for 1 min.

Your noodles is ready.

For the Coleslaw, In a bowl, mix your carrots, cabbage and mayonnaise thoroughly and serve with the Noodles.
