Assorted chicken and veggies noodles

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 120 g noodles
  2. 1 small onion bulb
  3. 2 small ground fresh pepper
  4. 1 egg
  5. 1 handful shredded chicken
  6. 2 medium carrots
  7. 1 small green pepper
  8. 1/2 tsp curry powder
  9. 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. Wash and dice your vegetables including the onions, and divide into 3 places. Whisk your eggs with curry, a bit of the noodles seasoning, a bit of the ground pepprr and 1 part of the veggies.
  2. Pour the oil in your pot or sauce pan and set on medium heat, allow to heat up then add the shredded chicken. Stir constantly till brown and crispy, add the whiskey eggs and stir till it looks like crumbs.
  3. Add a cup of water, cover and allow to cook for 1 minute, add the noodles, seasoning, 1 part of the veggies and pepper. Allow to cook and add water as and when needed.
  4. When it's almost done, add remaining veggies, leave on heat for 1 minute only, bring down and stir.
  5. Serve hot alone, or with any drink of your choice.
