Beef and egg noodles

Ingredients

  1. 120 g noodles
  2. 1/2 cup diced or minced beef
  3. 1 egg
  4. 120 g noodles seasoning pack
  5. 1 small onion bulb
  6. 1 handful green beans
  7. 1 small green pepper
  8. to taste Ground fresh pepper
  9. 2 medium size tomatoes, diced
  10. 1 tsp thyme
  11. 1 tsp curry powder
  12. 1 tbsp vegetable oil for frying

Steps

  1. Whisk eggs and half of the veggies together, add little indomie seasoning, curry and thyme and set aside
  2. In a sauce pan or pot on medium heat, add little oil and half of the remaining onions and thyme, add the beef and stir till till it turns brown and has cooked.
  3. Add the egg mixture and stir till fried, it should look like crumbs at this point. Add enough water to cook the noodles and allow to boil.
  4. Add the noodles and remaining seasoning, green beans, tomatoes and onions. Allow to cook, adding water if there's need to. Add green pepper when it's done, stir and serve hot
