Coconut cream noodles


Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 cup coconut milk
  2. 2 packs noodles
  3. 25 g Red bell pepper
  4. 25 g Green bell pepper
  5. 25 g Yellow bell pepper
  6. 25 g Orange bell pepper
  7. Noodles seasoning
  8. Pinch Rosemary
  9. Dried big shrimps

Steps

15 mins
  1. Add noodles to boiling water and let it cook for 2 minutes the drain
  2. Add coconut cream to a pot and add the dried big shrimps
  3. Add the noodle seasoning and rosemary and let it cook for 3 minutes then add the par-boiled noodles
  4. Add the bell peppers
  5. Allow to cook for 3minutes and set down
