Egg coated leftover noodles

Ingredients

  1. Left over indomie /noodles
  2. 1-2 eggs
  3. Salt to test
  4. Small oil for frying

Steps

  1. Break the eggs in side a bowl, add salt and whisk
  2. Pour the indomie into the eggs
  3. Heat the oil on a pan and pour the egged-indomie and spread it
  4. When the downside turns golden brown flip it and fry the other side also.
  5. Your egg coated left over noodles is ready when both sides are golden brown
