Lil's vegetable soy noodles

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 250 g egg noodles
  2. 1/4 cup dark soy sauce
  3. 1 medium onion sliced
  4. 1 medium green bell pepper julienned
  5. 1 medium red bell pepper julienned
  6. 150 g cubed boneless chicken breast
  7. 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
  8. 20 g chopped curry leaves

Steps

8 minutes
  1. Cook noodles in simmering water for 4 minutes
  2. Strain and set aside
  3. Heat oil and season and toss chicken for two minutes
  4. Add onions and peppers and sauté for 2 minutes
  5. Return noodles and curry leaves and chilli flakes then pour in soy sauce
  6. Toss for another minute and serve
  7. Add onions
