250 g egg noodles

1/4 cup dark soy sauce

1 medium onion sliced

1 medium green bell pepper julienned

1 medium red bell pepper julienned

150 g cubed boneless chicken breast

1 teaspoon red chilli flakes

20 g chopped curry leaves
Steps
8 minutes

Cook noodles in simmering water for 4 minutes
-
Strain and set aside
-
Heat oil and season and toss chicken for two minutes

Add onions and peppers and sauté for 2 minutes
-
Return noodles and curry leaves and chilli flakes then pour in soy sauce

Toss for another minute and serve
