INGREDIENTS:
2 Packs indomie noodles or any noodle of choice
2 Large eggs
1 tablespoon green peas
1 large carrot, grated (Optional)
DIRECTION:
- Parboil the noodles in plenty boiling water for one minute to remove coating.
- Strain and set aside
- Crack and poach eggs in a pot, stir till the eggs turn completely white.
- Add your peas, 2 teaspoons diced onion, seasoning of choice without chilli.
- Immediately Add one cup water and stir, check for taste.
- Add the crushed pieces of noodles, stir cover and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the blended carrot, stir, check for taste and serve the deliciousness.
